A squeeze tube is a round sleeve with a moulded head at one end and a flat heat-seal at the other, so its shape runs from a circle to a line. The mockup builds that transition with rounded side folds, the way a filled tube settles, and stands it on its cap, seal up, the way tubes stand on a shelf.
Three caps: flip-top and screw cap, which stand the tube up, and the slim ribbed cap of a toothpaste tube, which can't, so the tube lies on its back. Six presets from a 16 × 65 mm sample to a 50 × 180 mm body lotion.
Front and back are each half the circumference; artwork reads with the cap at the bottom, the stand-up convention.
Stand-up tubes are printed to read with the cap down; when the motion lifts the tube cap-up, the print turns with it, as on a real one.
Yes. Each product has sliders for its main dimensions and presets for the common sizes; everything else, such as wall thickness or spine width, follows from them.
The Artwork panel shows each area's print size in millimetres for the current settings; prepare the file at that size, at 300 dpi if it is for print too.
